DONELLO – Marche Sangiovese I.G.P.
Pleasant to drink, ruby red colour, elegant bouquet. Evident scents of violet and fruit of woods. Intense dry taste, pleasantly tannic.

A selection of cheese from Marche region – crostini with Ciaiuscolo – Ciauscolo is a variety of Italian salame, typical of the Marche region. Ciauscolo is a smoked and dry-cured sausage, made from pork meat and fat cut from the shoulder and belly. It is spiced with black pepper and garlic, and white wine

LUKONT – Marche Rosso I.G.P.
Montepulciano 100% – deep ruby red colour, limpid and Intense, strong liquorice and forest fruits scents, full-bodied and robust, with a tannin component, embraced by the grape’s aromatic weave

Vincisgrassi – Named after the Austrian general Windisch-Graetz, who was involved in military actions in the Ancona area in the early 1800s, vincisgrassi is Marche’s answer to Emilia’s lasagne. The main difference between vincisgrassi and lasagne lies in the ragù, more specifically in the types of meat it contains. Most vincisgrassi versions include chicken livers, hearts and sweetbreads, pancetta, and can also feature veal, duck and lamb as a replacement for beef.

L’ESTRO DEL MASTRO – Marche Passerina Passito I.G.P.
Golden yellow with light greenish reflections, pleasant, aromatic and delicate bouquet, with appealing notes suggesting orange blossoms. Aromatic and typically sweet with an extremely delicate vein of freshness.

Frappe – The tasty Frappe are typical desserts of Marche, characterised by small stripes of crispy dough fried in oil and covered with powdered sugar.
