Our kitchen is headed up by Silvia Ganciu, who has worked in some of London’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants.
Silvia developed her passion for Italian cuisine at a young age, helping to make homemade pasta since she was 5 years old. Today, she has been able to combine her traditional gastro upbringing with a rich experience honed in the kitchens of London and a flare for creativity.
Her recipes of success harness the flavour of seasonal ingredients and an understanding of our varied dietary requirements. She has developed a truly authentic fresh, handmade, gluten free pasta – the only one in London!
